The quote form collects your name, email address, phone number, project address, service type, budget range, preferred start time and project details. You can also attach photos or plans. Please send only information needed to discuss your project, and avoid including sensitive personal information in attachments.
How your enquiry reaches us
Your form details and selected attachments are sent through FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service, and delivered by email to contact@emtile.ca. EM Tile uses this information to review your request, prepare an estimate and contact you about the work. Large photo attachments may be resized before sending. FormSubmit processes the submission as part of delivering the email.
Website measurement
We use Google Analytics to measure website visits and understand how people use the site. It can use cookies and collect technical information such as your browser, device and pages visited. We also measure phone-link clicks, email-link clicks and successfully accepted quote submissions. Our custom event code does not send your form answers or attachments to Google Analytics.
Contact and deletion requests
To ask about your information or request deletion of enquiry information held by EM Tile, email contact@emtile.ca. Tell us which enquiry your request concerns so we can identify it. We will review your request and explain any information that must be retained. Information processed separately by FormSubmit or Google is also subject to those providers’ policies.
