Founded in 2018 by Milos Arsenijevic, EM Tile / Estetik M provides residential and commercial tile installation. Based in Toronto, we serve the GTA with bathroom and shower tiling, floor installation, kitchen and laundry backsplashes, and other tile work. Start with a project and site review
Send photos, measurements, tile information and any drawings so we can review the scope. The site review helps us consider the surfaces, layout and preparation before confirming the installation timeline. If existing tile needs to come out, we remove it and take away the debris. We can advise on tile quantities and suitable formats before you purchase.
Preparation through the final joints
Our work includes surface preparation, waterproofing where required, tile layout and installation, followed by grout and silicone. The bathroom and shower service covers wet-area tiling; floor tile installation and kitchen backsplash installation address their respective room layouts. Discuss niches, benches, exposed edges and adjoining finishes with us when defining what belongs in your project.
Waterproofing and heated-floor systems
We use Schluter-KERDI, Schluter-DITRA, RedGard and Mapei waterproofing membranes. A flood test of the shower base is available on request. For heated floors, we supply and install DITRA-HEAT systems, and we coordinate with a licensed electrician who makes the electrical connection. Tile selection and installation materials
You choose and purchase the tile. We supply the installation materials: mortar, grout, membranes, waterproofing, trims and sealants. Share the selected product and tile size before purchase if you would like advice about quantities or formats. Lifetime Workmanship Warranty and a free estimate
Every installation comes with our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty for as long as the original client owns the home — see the full terms in our FAQ. Workmanship only — tile and materials are covered by their manufacturers’ warranties. We provide a free estimate after reviewing photos, measurements and the intended scope, without publishing fixed price ranges.
